What we're all about:

Belgard Kitchen is one of three brands within Van Urban Co, located at 55 Dunlevy Ave in Railtown, sharing the space with Vancouver Urban Winery. The restaurant offers three different services: Weekday Lunch, Weekend Brunch, and Dinner seven days a week. Our evening service focuses on share plates served tapas style, fostering an environment where people can enjoy multiple dishes and experience the full menu. As a winery, we highlight our BC VQA wine on tap, with 34 wine taps.

We're looking for:

A dynamic, self-starter who loves to lead by example and embraces a fast-paced, fun and upbeat work environment.

Primary Role:

1. Provide quality and professional guest experience at all times in person and via phone
2. General FOH (front of house) maintenance and support
3. Manage current and incoming reservations
4. Manage the front door
5. Develop relationships with regular clientele

You are:

1. An energetic team player who multitasks and works well under pressure
2. Passionate about the industry
3. Engaging, love social situations, and building relationships
4. Keenly interested in craft beer, BC wine, and locally sourced food
5. Independent, solution-oriented and a problem solver
6. Must be available for nights and weekends.
