Position Description and Qualifications:

Qualifications: Master’s degree plus certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). LABA required.

Job Description:

• Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families.
• Create and implement treatment plans through the use of our practice management system software.
• Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field.
• Excellent communication and people skills/aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.
• Prior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferred.

BCBA Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes, and session notes.
• Coordinate, train, and supervise BTs/RBTs and parents; providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedback.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children.
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA.
• Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted.
• Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress through visual analysis.

Must be eligible to work in the US; no sponsorships.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: up to $60-$80/hour.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, stretching, standing, and computer work.
