Located in Jasper National Park - Jasper, Alberta. Becker’s Chalets is a family-oriented seasonal resort, just 5km south of the hustle and bustle of the Jasper town site. Our goal is to ensure that all team members of Becker’s Chalets have a wonderful and memorable experience!

Job Description:

1. Your day will begin with a team meeting, preparation of groups and golf cart load up.
2. After receiving your daily list, you will head out in groups of 2 and/or 3 to begin cleaning the early checkouts.
3. Cleaning will consist of dividing the workload of each chalet with your group members to achieve the highest standard of cleaning, confirming no maintenance issues are present and that the chalet is fully stocked upon completion.
4. Cleaning tasks will include, but are not limited to: full kitchens, full bathrooms, fireplaces, dusting & disinfecting, making beds, restocking supplies, sweeping & sanitizing balconies/patios, along with vacuuming/washing multiple different floor types in different sized chalets.
5. After your paid 30-minute lunch break, you will finish the check-outs and begin cleaning the stay overs.
6. Once your daily list is completed to excellent standards, you may be required to assist other groups or to complete additional tasks that are requested in the housekeeping department.
7. Upon completion, as a large team, everyone will meet in the housekeeping/laundry room to unload, restock and organize themselves for the following day.
8. Periodically throughout your workday, your supervisor(s) will check in with your group to check for issues, restock necessities, and provide feedback on completed chalets.
9. You will interact with our guests either through requests or in passing, maintaining a polite, friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
10. You must comply with all health and safety policies/procedures during your work.
11. Other spontaneous jobs may be requested of you, depending on the help required on property at that time.
12. Your role may include stripping dirty linen from rooms upon checkout and/or disinfecting rooms earlier in the day.

Qualifications:

1. No experience required but it is an asset.
2. Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
3. Ability to lift, push, and pull required items (example: a vacuum).
4. A driver's license is required to drive our golf carts.

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
