Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through refined networking, comprehensive industry research, targeted cold calling, and pre-arranged visits.
- Manage daily business contacts with clients through telephone, email, or pre-arranged in-person meetings, ensuring every interaction is crucial.
- Handle new retail/institutional client leads with diligence, follow up on potential clients with precision, and retain existing clients with strategic engagement.
- Divert customer leads into active accounts by onboarding new clients and achieving the company targets.
- Ability to identify, assess, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
- Excel in establishing, maintaining, and strengthening a positive business and customer relationship.
- Be familiar with current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products and services.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Recommend enhancements on products and services.
- Any other duties relevant to the role.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in Business, Finance, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a sales relationship manager in the field of FX/CFDs Industry. Proven record of building relationships and closing business.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, networking, and selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of the financial markets and trading platforms.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
Further Info:
- Position is remote.
- Working hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday.
