7. Operate cash register
8. Record and balance beverage sales
9. Store beverage and food products
10. Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
11. Address customers' complaints or concerns
12. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
