Job Overview:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Leadership Team, the primary responsibilities are:

1. Greeting and providing exceptional guest service to our guests at the bar while creating an amazing guest experience.
2. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, bar tools, and surfaces to meet hygiene and safety standards.
3. Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock supplies and plan for inventory replenishment.
4. Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and process payments on the POS system.
5. You will be tasked to occasionally serve tables.
6. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and always follow through with all tasks with a strong drive to succeed!
7. Take part in daily Bar-Prep.

Position Requirements:

English Fluency Level required for position: Intermediate

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Have a valid ProServe certification.
3. Knowledge of provincial alcohol laws and regulations.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without sacrificing quality.
