Tasks

1. Clean bar area and wash glassware
2. Collect cash, credit / debit cards or other payment for beverages
3. Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
4. Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations
5. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
6. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
