4. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
5. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
6. Ensure food service and quality control
7. Address customers' complaints or concerns
8. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9. Prepare and submit reports
10. Prepare food order summaries for chef
11. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
12. Supervise and check assembly of trays
13. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
14. Supervise 5-10 people including food and beverage servers and food service counter attendants and food preparers
