BARTENDER

Pillar and Post is currently looking for a Part Time Lounge Bartender to join our growing team!

Situated in the heart of Niagara, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills at one of Niagara's Top restaurants!

Please note : The successful applicant must be available to work every Sunday and Monday.

What you'll be doing :

• Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
• Meeting established up-selling and sales goals.
• Make drinks for the lounge guests and restaurant servers, strictly based on orders rung through the Point of Sale system.
• Pick-up food from the kitchen and serve it to Guests.
• Keep bar area clean.
• Fill and put away bar requisition.
• Stock bar product and equipment.
• Create check, collect payment, and settle transactions following standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for cash floats and deposits.

What you'll bring to the team :

• Extensive wine and beverage knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in the field.
• Smart Serve certificate required.
