BARTENDER

Job Title: Bartender
Reports To: Restaurant Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine love for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:
   1. Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
   2. Take accurate and efficient drink orders.
   3. Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks.
   4. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
   5. Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
   6. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
   7. Build rapport with regular guests to foster loyalty.
2. Bar Operations:
   1. Maintain adequate stock levels of all bar supplies.
   2. Assist with inventory management and ordering.
   3. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
   4. Comply with all liquor licensing regulations.
   5. Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the bar area.
3. Teamwork:
   1. Collaborate effectively with other members of the service team.
   2. Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
6. Responsible alcohol service and knowledge of liquor laws.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
