Barista - Cafe all rounder

Forecast Coffee is Hiring!

We are looking for wonderful staff to join our team in our cafe in Mt Pleasant Vancouver. Serving coffee with an extended food menu, we are seeking talented Baristas and skilled all-rounders to join the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Loves great coffee and has previous barista experience (kitchen experience is also an asset).
2. Is willing to work in all positions in the cafe – we cross train in kitchen and POS, so everyone can do all roles.
3. Has flexible availability – mornings & evenings (Cafe hours 7am-9pm).
4. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment & getting to know your customers.
5. Is a team player and wants to build connections within our community.

The Positions:

1. Include barista, counter-service & food preparation.
2. Include staff meal for full shifts, 30% staff discount at Lift Coffee + Forecast Coffee locations.
3. Food Safe certification is an asset.

Starting wage is $17.75/hr, plus tips paid out weekly.
