Ancora Waterfront Dining & Patio, Ambleside is looking for a Manager/ Bar Manager to help lead their Team. The ideal person will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service and previous experience in a Manager position. The Manager will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Work with other managers to help recruit, orient, and train new employees.
2. Coach staff members when an area is identified that needs improvement.
3. Empower staff to take initiative to drive sales and repeat business.
4. Work the floor and converse with customers to ensure they are receiving a high level of service.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years experience in a restaurant management position.
• Strong wine knowledge with a minimum of WSET 2.
