Bar Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in a vibrant restaurant environment. Responsibilities

1. Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and adhere to company standards.
2. Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
3. Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards in all bar areas.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
6. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new bar team members, fostering a positive work environment.
7. Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
8. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is functional and well-maintained.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant management or bar supervision.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.
5. Experience in interviewing candidates and building a cohesive team is preferred.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
