Banquet Bartender (Part-time) - Chateau Lacombe

We're looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Banquet Bartender(s) to join our talented team. If you have a passion for mixology, exceptional people skills, and love the thrill of a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Banquet Bartender, you will:

1. Mix and serve amazing cocktails and beverages with flair and precision.
2. Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide outstanding service.
3. Follow signature recipes and utilize your mixology knowledge to craft memorable drinks.
4. Keep the bar area spotless, organized, and fully stocked throughout events.
5. Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly and professionally.
6. Work closely with event staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
7. Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
8. Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

1. High School Diploma (Or equivalent)
2. Valid ProServe Certificate (Required)
3. Knowledge of local liquor laws (Required)
4. Mixology Certificate (An asset, but not essential)
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – You love engaging with people!
6. Calm under pressure – You thrive in busy, fast-paced environments.
7. Professional presentation and proven experience in professional settings.
8. Sharp attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
9. Flexible availability – Evenings, weekends, and holidays don’t scare you.
10. Endurance to stand for long periods.
