We are seeking a skilled Baker/Mixer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Preheat ovens to the specified temperatures and times indicated on the weekly Production Schedule for each product.
Ensure proper staging of dough to maintain product quality.
Report any machine malfunctions to the Supervisor or Maintenance team immediately.
Conduct quality checks in line with company policy.
Modify oven temperature and timing to achieve the desired baking results.
Record and report all instances of downtime and product issues.
Keep the workspace tidy by cleaning up crumbs, dough, and any spills that occur during your shift.
Guide production associates and dumpers on when to take breaks.
Dispose of waste in accordance with the company's recycling procedures.
Skills
Proficient in baking techniques
Ability to work in hot& cold temperature.
Ability to handle food with care and maintain hygiene standards
Strong attention to detail and precision in baking measurements
Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a kitchen environment
