AS AN AWS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (MANUFACTURING), YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Drive Manufacturing Contact Center Sales: Identify and engage manufacturing companies to promote and sell Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions designed to optimize supply chain communication, improve customer support, and streamline operations.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with AWS manufacturing vertical teams and key industry players, including OEMs and distributors, automotive, and utilities.
  • Stay Current on Manufacturing Trends: Monitor industry trends in supply chain management, production automation, automotive, and utilities to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  • Develop Targeted Sales Campaigns: Design and execute sales campaigns focused on enhancing customer service for manufacturing organizations.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with manufacturing clients’ technical requirements.

  • Paint the full picture! As an Account Executive, you will solve problems for your clients, demonstrating how NeuraFlash can help resolve their issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS)
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers
  • Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients
  • B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience
