Product Leadership:

  • Lead a growing team (currently 6) product managers and 8 contractors, leading Horizontal Squads, responsible for platforms, global capabilities, digital footprint integration and overall redesign of our global presence to ensure a consistent and scalable digital customer experience across geographies and business lines.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure the squads are aligned with overarching digital goals and support the development and sustainment of robust global capabilities.

  • Maintain best-in-class digital product standards and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of communication and teamwork by effectively collaborating with team members to create and keep alignment.
