Tasks:

1. Provide customer service
2. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
3. Maintain sales records for inventory control
4. Address customers' complaints or concerns
5. Office management
6. Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
7. Conduct sales transactions
8. Help with scheduling and workflow
9. Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
10. Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
11. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
12. Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
13. Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings
14. Identify customers' needs

Transportation / Travel Information:
