Your Role as a Service Advisor
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Customer Engagement: Listen to customer concerns, provide expert advice, and build trust.
• Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and keep customers informed about their vehicle’s progress.
• Education: Clearly explain recommended services and maintenance schedules to customers.
• Upselling: Highlight promotions and service packages to enhance customer value.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Communication Skills: A natural ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Automotive Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Requirements: A clean driver’s abstract and successful background check.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• 8-hour shifts
