Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them understand their vehicle's needs and guiding them through the service process. If you have a passion for cars and a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Listen to customer concerns and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Create detailed service orders and estimates
• Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge
• Upsell additional services based on customer needs
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
• Proficiency with computer systems and service software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
