Automotive Recruiter

Reports to: Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Primary Responsibilities

An Automotive Recruiter will be on a high-performing team responsible for recruiting for all dealership positions across Canada. This position will require you to get creative while sourcing candidates via a variety of means. The ideal candidate will not wait for the best candidates to come to them but will come up with new ways to source/headhunt the best talent out there!

Primary Duties

  • Partnering with leadership to assess current and future needs across all businesses and departments
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of talent to ensure the dealerships staffing needs are met across all dealerships in Canada
  • Direct Sourcing/Headhunting of passive talent to ensure time-to-fill targets are met
  • Interviewing candidates in person and virtually

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting and headhunting experience
  • Experience sourcing candidates
  • Impeccable writingskills
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms to connect with passive candidates
  • Experience cold calling is an asset
