We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Automotive Business Office Assistant part-time to be onsite at the South Bay Mazda location. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in automotive accounting and back end office processes, be attentive to details, and possess strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Process all invoices accurately in the accounting software for multiple dealerships.
Reconcile vendor accounts, manage payments, and monitor goods receipt.
Handle accounts payable tasks, ensure timely payments, and prepare reports for analysis.
Serve as the main contact for vendor inquiries.
Demonstrate a successful history in automotive accounts payables.
Possess a deep understanding of Dealership DMS, particularly Dealertrack, and proficiency in M5, Word, and Excel.
Show willingness to learn and adapt.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ensure manufacturer accounts/receivables are up-to-date and precise.
Adhere to legal regulations and exhibit a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of office management experience specifically in the automotive industry required.
Must have a solid understanding of accounting principles.
