Assistant Service Manager Benefits:

1. $90,000 to $120,000 income potential based on experience and performance

14. Forecast and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
15. Fully understand and comply with all federal and state regulations pertaining to the service department, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know
16. Hire, train, motivate, and support all members of the service department
17. Assist with any escalated client situations in alignment with the Rosenthal Automotive mission statement
18. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards (CSI)
19. Serve as a liaison between the dealership and Honda factory representatives
20. Perform managerial tasks such as payroll corrections, time off requests, etc.

Assistant Service Manager Qualifications:

1. Automotive experience within a service department required
2. Service Manager experience strongly preferred
3. Service Advisor with 3+ years of experience encouraged to apply
4. Proven track record of excellent CSI
5. A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
6. An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience
7. Process and detail oriented with developed organizational and computer skills
8. Professional personal appearance
9. Excellent oral and written communication abilities
10. Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
