Job Description / Duties

•Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, offering friendly and professional service.
•Efficiently handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
•Write new habitational insurance policies (homeowners, tenants, condos, seasonal dwellings) in a timely and effective manner.
•Deliver top-notch customer service by handling Autopac transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
•Proactively promote auto insurance extension products and services tailored to client needs (e.g., deductibles, liability).
•Provide a positive experience for customers purchasing Travel Health insurance.
•Actively seek out new business opportunities to contribute to the growth of the brokerage.
•Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications / Required Skills

•Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License.
• IWS Certification.
•1-2 years of experience as an Autopac agent.
•Familiarity with TAM software is an asset.
•Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi is an advantage
