Job Description / Duties

1. Assist Autopac customers by providing product and service information
2. Offer insurance solutions that fit clients’ needs
3. Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance policies
4. Maintain MPI & office inventory
5. Handle basic admin functions for personal lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

1. Customer Service Experience, in the Insurance Industry or similar
2. Hold a Level 1 or higher license, or have completed Fundamentals of Insurance is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
3. Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word & Outlook
4. Applied Epic experience preferred but not a requirement
5. Experience in processing Autopac transactions and good knowledge of the IWS System preferred, but not required
