What you'll do:
- Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates in line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines.
- Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.
- Complete total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.
- Complete remote appraisal(s).
- Be a team player and a thought leader in problem solving, leading by example, and ensuring the end customer experience is a key objective.
What you'll bring:
- Auto estimating experience (3-5 years minimum), multi-provincial experience an asset.
- Strong experience and knowledge of motor vehicle repairs and prior estimating experience.
- Familiarity with industry standard estimating system(s).
- Good technical aptitude with databases/systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent PC skills.
- Genuine curiosity and an inquisitive mindset, constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work positively and contribute to our organizational culture and values.
