What you'll do:

• Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates in line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines.
• Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.
• Complete total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.
• Complete remote appraisal(s).
• Be a team player and a thought leader in problem solving, leading by example, and ensuring the end customer experience is a key objective.

What you'll bring:

• Auto estimating experience (3-5 years minimum), multi-provincial experience an asset.
• Strong experience and knowledge of motor vehicle repairs and prior estimating experience.
• Familiarity with industry standard estimating system(s).
• Good technical aptitude with databases/systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills.
• Genuine curiosity and an inquisitive mindset, constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work positively and contribute to our organizational culture and values.
