We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Attic Insulator to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality work and enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all equipment is in proper working order before use.
2. Utilize hoses and compressors to spray insulation in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight spaces.
3. Clean trucks and equipment regularly to maintain efficiency.
4. Comfortable working in elevated areas and tight spaces.
5. Assist in all necessary preparations to ensure seamless installation.
6. Leave each job site clean and neat for the next phase.

Requirements:

1. Experience with vapor barriers, batt insulation, and blown-in insulation.
2. General construction knowledge and understanding of insulation processes.
3. Proven experience as a carpenter is required.
4. Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver’s abstract.
5. Own transportation to commute to job sites.
6. Clean Criminal Clearance and background check.
7. CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots.
8. Strong physical fitness to meet job demands.
9. Consistently follow safety protocols.
10. Excellent customer service skills.
11. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
12. Strong critical thinking and active listening abilities.
13. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
