As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of the brand for growing families. You will welcome new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our core infant items, and assist them in preparing for the first day of school and all the little and big moments of their parenting day. You will join a welcoming and inclusive environment that values and optimizes skills.

What you will do:

  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting. Provide assistance regarding our products, features, and benefits.
  • Confidently and proactively resolve customer inquiries. Assist customers in a busy retail environment.
  • Respond to customer needs using omnichannel as necessary to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Process transactions at the point of sale.
  • Restock the sales floor and assist with shipping as needed.
  • Support current promotional events and the brand loyalty program.
  • Minimize store losses by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean store.

Qualities we love in a candidate:

  • A positive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask.

You can:

  • Lift up to 40 lbs as needed, with frequent opportunities to bend, stoop, stretch, push, and pull.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods. Climb up and down a ladder.
  • Be available for schedules that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
