As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of the brand for growing families. You will welcome new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our essential infant items, and help them prepare for the first day of school and all the little and big moments of their parenting day. What you will do:

  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting. Provide assistance regarding product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Confidently and proactively resolve customer inquiries.
  • Respond to customer needs using omnichannel as necessary to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Process point-of-sale transactions.
  • Restock the sales floor and ship as needed.
  • Organize current promotional events and brand loyalty programs for customers.
  • Minimize store losses by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean store.

  • Proven customer service skills and commitment.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask.

You can:

  • Lift 40 lbs as needed, with many occasions where you will need to bend, lower, stretch, push, and pull.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods. Climb up and down a ladder.
  • Be available on schedules that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
