What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Coordinate various departments to ensure smooth production workflows
2. Review and distribute incoming notes for departmental relevance
3. Track and manage notes, receivables, and artist tasks/assignments
4. Gather artist needs and follow up on action items to maintain efficiency
5. Manage render farm priorities and evaluate incoming media with supervisors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Knowledge of either FTrack or Shotgun
2. Understanding of basic compositing and editorial concepts (Nuke / Final Cut)
3. Experience with databases (FTrack/Sequel Pro)
4. Background in budgeting and breakdowns
