PROFILE

Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office is currently seeking a motivated Real Estate Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join its dynamic Business Law group. Our lawyers are trusted advisors, giving advice that is timely, focused and solutions-oriented. EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, and experience in some or all of the following:

1. Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
2. Commercial leasing transactions
3. Commercial real estate development
4. Strata Property Act and Real Estate Development Marketing Act
5. Secured financing of commercial real estate

The successful candidate will be a mid to senior level associate looking to become part of a dynamic and growing practice.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $210,000+ annually: the base pay offered may vary depending on Year of Call, specific practice-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity. In addition, Gowling WLG associates are eligible to a competitive bonus program based on performance.
