What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Serve as the subject matter expert for Rave’s Critical Communications products and features
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product innovation and roadmap decisions
3. Actively engage with customers and industry groups to gather feedback and validate product direction
4. Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to develop integrated solutions
5. Drive innovation by leveraging Motorola’s technology portfolio to address customer challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of professional experience in a SaaS environment
2. Experience working with product management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, Aha!, Gainsight, Pendo)
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
4. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in software products
5. Willingness to travel occasionally for collaborative sessions and industry events
