What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an Associate, Product Management to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our Fund Administration services. This is a high impact role requiring a strong understanding of fund administration along with a strategic mindset to support business development efforts with clients and prospects while closely collaborating with operations and technology teams to contribute to the ongoing evolution of our strategy.

What will you do?

• Support Strategic Initiatives: Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance the organization’s fund administration capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client needs.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Partner with business development and relationship management teams to articulate fund administration capabilities, differentiate our services, and support client and prospect engagements.
• Enhance Client Experience: Work directly with clients and internal teams to streamline workflows and implement solutions that improve service models.
• Support Product Development & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance operational models, implement new technologies, and refine service offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the Canadian marketplace.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• 4+ years experience in fund administration, including alternative investments & ETF servicing within the Canadian financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian fund structures, investment strategies, and operational best practices.
• Ability to act as a trusted subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, translating complex industry topics into actionable insights.
• Experience working with technology and operations teams to enhance service delivery, improve workflows and implement value-add solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage clients, prospects and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-have

• Understanding of SWIFT messaging, data transformation and automation of workflows.
• Prior experience in product roles within asset servicing or fund administration.
