Arcadis is in search of a Market Business Development Lead that will report to our Canadian Government and Civic Practice Group Managers. This person will have proven leadership skills and is motivated to grow the Government and Civic practice across Canada. The individual must have extensive knowledge and experience within the national Government and Civic architecture market and/or strong proven business development capabilities in one or more key regional markets (i.e. GTA or Alberta or Greater Vancouver).
The ideal candidate for the position should possess a combination of leadership skills and expertise in the Government and Civic sector to lead a dynamic team effectively and deliver compelling client presentations. Their adept problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills are pivotal in fostering productive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple project pursuits simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and conveying complex ideas succinctly.
This role will require travel.
