Associate Marketing Manager, Variety Packs

Overview

We are hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to play a critical role in growing our multipack & macro-snack portfolio to win with expanded pack formats & occasions. The successful candidate will support a robust strategic vision across a collection of portfolios, with clear data & consumer insights to deliver strong execution and short-term results. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager – On the Go Strategy, Multipacks & Macro Snacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of our innovation pipeline across multiple portfolios through an end-to-end commercialization process, partnering closely with cross functional leads.
• Collaborate with agency partners to drive development & execution of consumer-centric programming across strategic portfolios (Variety Packs, Cannisters & Macro-snacks) by utilizing effective levers as needed (POS, in-store, media, Sampling)
• Support the strategic planning process (Business Review through AOP) for the portfolio to deliver clear growth strategies and a robust innovation strategy grounded in consumer insights & demand spaces.
• Lead thorough and timely business deep dives from a consumer, category & competitive lens to track brand performance & identify gaps.
• Wire & collaborate with the US and Global groups to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred).
• 2+ years relevant marketing experience (CPG experience is an asset)
• Demonstrated ability to build & execute brand growth plans through superior consumer marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships; build consensus & influence business partners.
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple priorities & entrepreneurial spirit.
• Analytical with demonstrated ability to mine data for critical insights while reviewing business & category performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, and sound business judgment; ability to anticipate issues and resolve them.
