How will you fit in the big picture?

The position will support the OhHenry, Variety and Hersheys desk with an ownership for the OhHenry portfolio. Responsibilities include leading monthly business reviews, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, monitoring brand sales, profitability and expenditures, & leading & participating in cross functional teams to develop and commercialize successful marketing programs.

What will you do?

1. Lead the creation of the annual brand plan
2. Commercialize new consumer driven innovations in tandem with the full cross functional team
3. Leading business analysis and reviews
4. Develop and executing marketing plans, including copy and media plans
5. Complete ownership of brand annual operating plan including proactive assessment of risks and opportunities
6. Manage DME budget, monthly business cycle forecasting, and ongoing portfolio optimization and rationalization
7. External and internal assessments of the business, competitors, customers and trends
8. Present to senior management, sales organization & external buyers to win support for recommendations

Skills, Knowledge and Education Requirements

1. Business degree or equivalent experience with a marketing or related major preferred
2. A minimum of 2 years of progressive brand management experience in the Packaged Goods industry or similarly disciplined industry
3. Project management experience
4. Superior strategic thinking and planning coupled with outstanding analytical abilities
5. Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach
6. Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences including Senior Management
7. Strong leadership skills
8. Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation and creative solutions
9. Demonstrated ability to be accountable for sales and income results
10. Lifelong learner and potential to be a strong people developer
11. Problem solving / innovative solutions experience
12. Experience with P&Ls/Cost accounting
13. Willingness to be a part of a high performing team that works hard and has fun!
14. Working knowledge of Nielsen IQ analytics
