Associate Lawyer

Highlander Law Group is hiring an associate lawyer that has the maturity and confidence to hit the ground running with minimal supervision in a practice area(s) of your choice.

Our office is located in Tantallon, though we service clients throughout HRM, down the South Shore and into the Valley. We are set up with an online practice management system that allows you to work seamlessly either at the office or remotely at your convenience.

We have ample support staff to assist you; however, as we are constantly growing, we also have room for you to bring your preferred assistant.

Compensation is based on a salary plus bonus or tiered fee-split model, so the sky’s the limit for earnings. We also offer health benefits and free parking (and a sunny back deck for lunch). We prioritize work-life balance. The office is closed between Christmas and New Year’s, during inclement weather, and if it’s too beautiful out to be trapped inside. The office is pet friendly as well.
