What You’ll Do:

1. Deliver a full spectrum of dental services, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, implants, Invisalign, and oral surgery procedures.
2. Lead a collaborative team of hygienists and dental assistants in delivering outstanding patient care.
3. Expand your expertise in comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, removable prosthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and even aesthetic treatments like Botox and fillers!
4. Work in a patient-centric, dentist-led practice with support from some of the best clinicians in the industry.

1. Competitive Compensation: Start with a guaranteed salary for the first six months, followed by a tiered commission structure. Total potential earnings can range from $250,000 to $350,000 annually.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a desire to perform a wide range of dental procedures.
• Leadership Skills: Leading a team and collaborating effectively with hygienists and dental assistants.
• Patient-Centered: Motivated to provide top-notch care while achieving production goals in a patient-first environment.
• Active Colorado Dental License
• DDS or DMD degree
• CPR/ACLS certification
• Denticon experience a plus
• Ability to start on or shortly after July 1st, 2025

Salary: $150,000 - $300,000 a year
