This position serves as a liaison between the business and technology. As the Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and providing comprehensive support for the Private Wealth business. Although Salesforce will be the primary domain, managing and supporting other critical applications will be desired.

You will also serve as a point of escalation for any issues or concerns raised by Regional Branch Management, Leadership, and Advisor Teams. Your goal is to ensure exceptional technology support and adaptability across all branches. This role necessitates an in-depth understanding of business processes along with the skills required to enhance productivity, improve user experience, and drive business outcomes. Collaboration with BMO Technology & Operations, support teams, and vendors is essential in this position.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing business operations, change and incident management for Salesforce.
  • Managing regular enhancements and systems upkeep with continuous improvements to the business processes.
  • Introducing innovation to impact results, enhance efficiency and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
  • Support direction setting for platform enhancements and roadmap.
  • Oversee major platform enhancements and alignment of release schedule as per business priority.
  • Continuously recommend and deliver improvements and solutions.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce experience acting as a lead/ manager.
  • Strong knowledge of discretionary, full service investing, financial services industry and fintech.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

  • Able to deal with complex business or technical issues and make appropriate decisions/escalations as required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $74,800.00 - $138,600.00

Pay Type: Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
