Position Title: Associate Director & Architect ITS Security
Status: Full-Time Admin
Hours: 37.5hrs / week
Salary Range: $117,874 - $146,450
Campus/Location: North campus Flexible (On Campus and Remote) as required.
What you will do:
- Collaborate on the development of annual and long-range security and compliance goals, security strategies, metrics, reporting mechanisms, and program services.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to a team of security professionals.
- Partner with business leaders to facilitate cyber risk assessment and management.
- Act as a senior advisor and lead security architect on the implementation of new tools across the college.
- Lead and provide oversight for security operations activities.
- Act on behalf of the IT Security Director in their absence.
What you bring to the role:
Education
- A degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Information Management Science, or equivalent experience.
- Cyber Security operations training with industry-level certification.
Experience
- A minimum of five to seven years of progressive industry experience, and a minimum of three years leadership experience.
- Knowledge of information security management frameworks, such as SOC2, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS, and NIST.
- Experience in postsecondary education is a benefit.
