Loblaw Companies Limited (LCL) is driven by innovation and a customer-first mentality, and we’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) to play a key role in shaping the creative vision and storytelling strategy for social media within our Social Media Centre of Excellence (COE).
As ACD, Retail Brands, you will work in partnership with another ACD to co-lead the Art Department, overseeing a team of designers, motion designers, illustrators, and copywriters. Together, you will drive the creative strategy and execution for impactful, high-performing organic, paid, and influencer-led social campaigns across LCL’s retail banners—including Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaw, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, and more.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires a deep understanding of social-first creative, digital storytelling, and platform-native content development. Our team is agile and culture-driven, responding quickly to trends and key moments while developing high-quality, brand-building and performance-driven creative.
This role reports to the Director, Creative & Content.
