What you’ll do

  • Assist with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
  • Participate in the production and verification of related work
  • Train and coach other team members
  • Manage and monitor budget
  • Enhance client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to the requests of clients, members, and trustees
  • Assist team in executing a variety of special projects
  • Propose methods for enhancing our processes

What you bring

  • Minimum of 4 years’ of relevant experience in DB pension administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science or other relevant training
  • Exceptional collaborator with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, bilingualism considered an asset
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, as well as other Microsoft suite products (Outlook, Word, OneNote)
