What you’ll be doing

  1. Answering calls from employees in regard to their working schedule.
  2. Handling and answering questions about schedules in line with the provided manual.
  3. Being in touch with our business clients to report and solve ongoing issues connected with working schedules.
  4. Finding replacements for specific shifts among available staff.

About you

  1. Ability to work 15-40 hours per week: Monday and/or Friday (17:00 - 0:30) + Saturday and/or Sunday in the morning shift (05:00 - 15:00) or evening shift (15:00 - 03:00).
  2. Previous experience in customer service.
  3. Communicative level of English and Dutch (B2).
  4. Good knowledge of Polish language.
