As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be:
Focused on the quality of resident care, the Wellness Coordinator directs all aspects of the retirement nursing department and develops, implements, and monitors nursing programs and procedures. The Wellness Coordinator leads and coaches the nursing team in all clinical care including assessments, care plans, referrals, and multidisciplinary liaison and communication. They lead and champion quality and other clinical programs within the Village to ensure exceptional quality of care is provided to each resident.
Our Wellness Coordinators are key members of our Retirement Village leadership team offering advice and guidance to residents, family members, and colleagues. They support village-wide clinical committees and working groups to share expertise and promote collaboration. Our Wellness Coordinators are constantly looking for trends and ways to improve service and care to our residents across all aspects of village life.
