Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Assistant Team Leader at our C-Store/Gas Bar location in La Ronge, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
2. Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
3. Lead a culture of safety and maximize operational efficiency.
4. Assist with effectively managing the development and direction of the reporting team members.
5. Assist in overseeing the sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and sales for the department.
6. Provide training to gas bar clerks for all store duties and for opening and closing procedures.
7. Be familiar with and adhere to Lake Country Co-op policies such as selling of age-restricted items and all government regulations relating to tobacco and lottery.
8. Complete all necessary daily reports as required including daily cash up and reconciliations.
9. Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures, and train gas bar clerks accordingly.
10. Assist with ensuring the department is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standard with a focus on maintaining image and brand standards.
11. Perform minor repairs to assets as required.
12. Complete other duties as required.
