Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Newmarket, ON. The Assistant Store Manager works hand-in-hand with the Store Manager to maximize their store results by providing leadership and support to their team. They ensure that their team provides exceptional customer experiences that guarantee we retain our position as Canada’s number one destination for gaming/electronics and collectibles. To do this, they must assist the Store Manager with coaching, mentoring, and developing their associates daily in addition to attracting and retaining the best talent in retail. With the best people in place, working with the Store Manager to ensure they have all the necessary training and tools to be successful in their role is essential. Building strong relationships is a must, and the Assistant Store Manager must be able to assist in identifying top performers and creating plans to help them grow with the company.
