Our new stores are designed to bring nature indoors. Crafted from natural materials, they guide customers through immersive sensorial experiences anchored by our signature sink—unique to each location.

The position
The Assistant Retail Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Leader in the day to day operations of their Rocky Mountain Soap location and leading the customer and employee experience within. In the absence of the Store Leader, their accountability is the complete and seamless operations of the store location and ensuring that the customer and employee experience is engaging and authentic. This role includes partnering with the Store Leader in identifying and executing initiatives to grow revenue, customer engagement and employee performance so their location performs to maximum potential. The store, the team and the experiences within reflects the culture and values of Rocky, always.
This is a permanent full-time position working up to 40 hours per week.
