Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
