Mon/Tues/Wed and Sunday- 1-11pm (4, 10 hr days)

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts' West Meadow program is an on-campus residential setting located on our main campus in Rutland, MA serving adolescent boys 8-12. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at West Meadow is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement.

This position is responsible for managing personal hygiene, chores & room care, meals, medication administration, recreation activities, facilitating peer interactions & socialization, working on their treatment goals, and providing transportation for clients, families, or others as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Driver's license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree required
• 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
• One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment

Schedule:

• 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA (MUST attend every day)
• Mon/Tues/Wed and Sun 1-11pm
