The Assistant, Personal Shopping provides partnership and administrative support to the Personal Shopper at Holt Renfrew. This role involves scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining client profiles to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Schedule all appointments and maintain the calendar of the Personal Shopper.
Review and handle all correspondence, including drafting and producing official client invitations.
Communicate on behalf of the Personal Shopper via telephone or email, ensuring superior customer service and timely follow-up.
Maintain client profiles and information, tracking and interpreting data for accuracy.
Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for client appointments, ensuring standards are maintained.
Coordinate alterations, product transfers, and other services as required.
Perform other duties as assigned, including errands to maximize efficiency.
Maintain merchandising standards in the Personal Shopping Suites and on the selling floor.
Ensure suites meet all Store Readiness requirements, including maintenance and housekeeping.
Reduce or eliminate loss through effective loss prevention.
Attend product knowledge sessions to become an expert.
Requirements
High School diploma.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet.
